Being a digital marketing agency and leveraging our ability for email delivery using this product has been a game changer. They have provided an exceptional product with what I would consider some of the best customer support I have ever seen. The implementation was straightforward and easily integrated into our systems. We use this product 24x7 and it has not let us down yet.

The support from the team has been absolutely patient and superb as I have installed and started using the system. I ahve been a long time user of Sendy and this hasd far exceeded mys expectations as a replecement for Sendy. Its a big bonus that my clients also like the interface and system. It is now in daily use by my clients as well as myself and the ease of sign up integration for list sign ups has helped a great deal.

Traditional email marketing products like Mailchimp etc. are always limiting in some ways. There's limits, there's the problem of your deliverability being affected by other customers sharing IP addresses, there's the cost of dedicated IP addresses, then there's just the overall increasing cost with usage. EmailDelivery brings huge cost savings....which is brilliant, obviously, but it also brings freedom. I knew that it would, but when you start to actually 'feel' it, it's wonderful! I now have COMPLETE control over everything email related. Drips, automations, newsletters etc. which replace Mailchimp et al, but also the transactional emails now means that I don't need SendGrid, MailGun etc. either. I control everything. That's truly empowering. Of course, this would mean nothing if the quality of implementation or usage was lacking, but it's not. It's very efficient in it's usage of resources - obviously well-programmed and optimised. The updates and new features keep on coming. The support is AMAZING (like all other reviewers also mention)...seriously, I've never seen anything like it. I mentioned on their feature request board that the email editor/designer could be improved or replaced to improve it a bit....so they are now adding one of the industry leading email editors to the package.....included for everyone for no extra charge. Brilliant! So, in short, my (constant) search for better email solutions has officially ended. I've discovered my gold at the end of the rainbow ;-)
