The software is well thought and seems to be built by a team who really does understand email marketing from the execution and administration side. Features that are "a must" are already baked in. Implemention was very easy. They have a single line of script that installs everything for you. Documentation also is top notch, even with their API. You have all the information start out and if ever you got stuck, see my notes about support below. Support is also solid and support is top notch. The support team is very responsive. They are also knowledgeable and don't really mind getting their hands dirty and do the job for me. Talk about white glove service! Oh, I forgot to mention I also spoke to a real human, who listens to suggestions and thoughts that can improve the product, and THEY ACTUALLY IMPLEMENT IT! Me and other users had a few suggestions which made sense to them on an email marketing perspective and they rolled it out on the next update. Updates are also frequent, specially with integrations. The out of the box integrations are already enough for us to run the software but they still entertain our requests since it'll be beneficial for specific use cases.
