I confess that when I bought EmailDelivery.com I was unsure whether it would really be useful and able to replace the other email marketing tools I use, such as Mautic, Buildreal - MaillBoss, Zagomail and Mailerlite, so I decided to try it out to see how good it really is. And I confess that the tool is excellent, light, fast, intuitive, easy to segment, easy to tag, great email templates, forms, easy and quick to use. But to make things even better, something I've never seen before was the support provided by Ian, the program's author. He didn't seem to be just a support person, he acted as if he were a partner, extremely concerned and attentive so that the program would work perfectly. He provided all the necessary guidance and adjustments and, with his recommendations and advice, I saved more than $400 a year on the server alone. The installation, for me as a layman, if you do it using the servers they recommend, just follow the step by step, it's very simple. But if you have any problems, just send them an e-mail and they'll get back to you practically in real time and solve them or give you alternatives so that the program runs perfectly. I'm speaking from Brazil and even during the day or night I always received an almost instant response and support, I was positively impressed. But to sum up, for me who uses a list of 25,000 contacts, the most positive points I consider: Exceptional support, they don't just tell you what to do, they work and help until it's solved and everything is perfect. Even if you're a layman, they make it happen; Platform, extremely fast, light, intuitive, for example to do contact segmentation, which in other programs took several minutes, in EmailDelivery.com took only a few seconds; Very tasteful templates, both for emails and forms, well-designed and eye-catching; Updates, when I went to suggest an integration with Pablly, support told me that they are already building it and showed me several other tools that are being updated; in other words, you realize that the program is always being updated, and whoever purchases it is entitled to all of them; Performance with the tool has improved a lot, both the delivery rate and the organization of my lists; These are just some of the points I've seen in a week's use and without all the updates. I believe there are many more to come! In short, EmailDelivery.com is well worth buying. It's one of the best tools I've had in the 7 years I've been working in this area. Once again I would like to thank Ian for his support and attention, he certainly made all the difference.

I had a technical problem and excellent support helped me out. Additionally, when I had a lack of understanding about the back end, support was prompt and courteous. The front end operation is also great and intuitive. I feel lucky to have found this product and its developers.

As a one man band I was very hesitant in the beginning but the idea of having my own ESP and the ability to scale, while maintaining high quality delivery rates won me over. I love it to have all the control. It probably can do all what your current ESP can (or more); all the basics like campaigns/broadcasts/email sequences/drip/funnels. But also tags, lists, segmenting with logic, personalisation, throttle sending by minute/hour/day, reporting... etc. Just look it up on their website or documentation. They also have a public roadmap with feedback options where they pick and choose the best ideas to add to the software. They are contantly updating and improving. It's already great but can only get better!
