The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for both staff and students to navigate. The analytics provided are clear and straightforward to collect. Our school has considered integrating the retention tool, as it promises to offer deeper insights into how we can better support students and enhance their academic success. Currently, we use this product daily across six different departments. The customer support team is outstanding. They are consistently patient and always able to resolve any issues that come up. Their collaboration with our IT department for upgrades and troubleshooting has been excellent.

The platform offers a wide range of features, many of which we have not yet implemented but hope to use in the near future. Since we purchased this platform years ago, the customer service provided by Boby has been outstanding. He is always willing to adapt to our needs and promptly resolve any issues that come up. It integrates very well with our inhouse record keeping platform and our google calendars. I work on an appointment schedule and use is frequently; probably hourly. It holds all my notes for my appointments so I don't forget details when meeting later on with the same person.
