I headed the committee to find a new CRM system for our university. From the start, E2E Achieve far exceeded other options out there. We met with the CEO (Boby) from the very first meeting, and he followed the onboarding and continued operation support since. His team is very attentative to the needs of their users, and works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition and operations for his clients. As far as support, you cannot get any better than Boby and his team at Achieve.
User functionality: Very easy for end users to adopt and use. It required very little training for my office of advisors and external users across campus. We've been able to onboard multiple offices across campus outside of advising, so it's helpful seeing multiple touchpoints for students across campus.
Reporting: Great reports built in to pull numbers and see traffic patterns.
LMS data: Boby assisted implementing snapshots of our LMS data, which is currently pulling from Blackboard, but we are working on transitioning to BrightSpace. His team is already working with our tech support to ensure the continued LMS functionality with the new LMS.
Troubleshooting/attentiveness to reported issues: Superior handling of any reported issues for the system, with same day fixes. These are rare, but fixed quickly. His team is also open to recommendations to improve the functionality as well. For example, I asked for any notes started from a session be saved if the advisor accidently navigated away from that screen. It was implemented within two weeks. I asked for the ability for advisors to make another appointment from the note taking screen; again implemented quickly.
This is a great affordable option for any size institutions. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a new CRM option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really not much I dislike, and if I do, Boby is on it. Again, very quick to fix any issues or implement any features that will help end users in their daily function. Honestly, if there's a problem, reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the effeciency, convenience, customization , centralized information and data analytics of the Achieve system. It is so great when you think of all the features this system has at the tip of your fingers! The self-service tools and the ability to record notes on students is the best part. I havent quite figured out anything I do not like about this system. Maybe because I am just a huge fan! I do wish all the features that are available were accessible at my institution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Achieve not only provides a great scheduling and documentation tool for students, it gives advisors and others quick access to information and student insights like LMS data (Canvas in our case) and the current and past courses a student is in or has taken.
I've been very impressed with the great support E2E Advising provides. The team is very personable and takes the time to get to know us and our needs. They listen and often implement the ideas we share, which isn't always the case with other vendors. We've brought up ideas to E2E Advising in the past and have seen them implemented in a couple weeks or less! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The front end interface used by students is great, but the interface used by advisors looks a little dated. That said, when we brought this up to the E2E Advising team, they were already working on a complete refresh to the interface. It feels human to contact our friends at E2E, the answer is alwyas fast and the product is solid. I am glad they are our partners and they make our job easier. only positive stuff i can say about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a company that genuinely cares about reaching and supporting students. They constantly make innovative and valuable changes and can always be reached for assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of duplicate buttons, but it just takes some getting used to. If you spend time in the system, you get the hang of where everything is pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like many things, but I'll narrow that down to three:
1. The system integrates LMS data to completely change the ball game for early identification of Academic Wellness issues, and further facilitates highly enriched conversations with students.
2. I would also like to comment on the incredible support by, and direct access to the CEO. Boby Joseph is dedicated to developing and refining his product to maximize its potential to leverage student success.
3. All of our school/student information never leaves our campus, minimizing any compromise in our student's privacy with outside agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of small things that perhaps are just the learning curve:
1. Sometimes things aren't named what I think they should be, or in general, it's not always intuitive to use.
2. Two-way texting. The best way currently to engage students is by text, and when you text a student, they expect to be able to text back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More tabs/buttons than accessible features (I wish there were a hide option to streamline the options); setting up and customizing some of the more nuanced parts of Achieve (like advisor profiles) can be tricky unless you have some HTML coding or understand all the features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create multiple appointment slots or blocks means you can use the same interface to manage your office hours for individual or group advising or Physical/Virtual walk-ins. Another great feature is the ability to create custom confirmation messages. When students book an appointment, they get an auto email with calendar reminders and cancel and rescheduling links that will update your outlook calendar dynamically. Since you can edit the confirmation message, you can put the online meeting platforms links for your office hours right in the message, without needing to create that meeting and write a separate email.
