What I like most about Constant Contact is how easy it is to create and send professional-looking email campaigns without a steep learning curve. I do like How Constant Contact shows the metrics of emails sent, opening and returned emails. I just wish they had an option to merge contacts/households together.

Effortlessly Reaches Audiences, Seamless Setup

I use Constant Contact mainly to email folks about upcoming events and updates. It easily reaches anyone who wants to sign up for updates and makes it simple for them to unsubscribe if they wish. I find their system of tags and lists very user-friendly. The ease of use is a big plus, especially for the less tech-savvy folks I work with, who are on the older side. This means less work for me, which is so helpful. Also, the initial setup was seamless.
