The Brevo Marketing platform is easy to use and robust. Their online help is excellent. On the rare occasions when I have needed to contact support, they have been quick and always resolved my issue. I use it weekly to connect with our customers.

Relatively simple to use and in any case, if really necessary, the Brevo team is responsive and competent to guide us, advise us, and direct us. Also suitable and flexible for all forms of business regarding billing. The possibility to purchase emails in prepayment rather than the monthly subscription is GREAT for the small business that I am.
