Besides the possibility of using it as a fully GDPR-compliant CRM, automation is a big and important point for me. Automations are so important for working efficiently. Furthermore, the ease of use is another plus point; if software is not intuitive to use, then one does not use it, I know this from my job. I do not see this issue with Brevo, and I use it more and more for my clients and deals, incorporating it into my daily routine. Sometimes you also need help, and here you can easily rely on customer support and receive a quick response. I also use ZAPIER, and I am glad that there is a simple integration here without having to send the GET or POST requests yourself.
