We are a not-for-profit organisation and use Brevo primarily to contact our members. It is a versatile tool that is easy to set up and has features such as very clever campaign automation for processes that are finally under control after many years. Sending emails is a breeze. We particularly appreciate the email templates, a feature that sank a competing solution. Brevo automatically takes care of the email configuration with our ISP, which is crucial to ensure that the mass mailings reach the recipients. We found an integration with our WordPress application that is free of charge. Brevo's pricing is also a big plus. Customer support is excellent.

I love Brevo and marketing automation for a few reasons. It is effortless to set new automation, and it has so much choice of when, if, what, etc. I have only used it for a few months, but I love it and am still learning the features. It is very easy to use for someone who is not tech-savvy. Support is also brilliant. I had to contact them a lot when I started using the platform, and they are great, fast, and knowledgeable. Easy to integrate with my site.

We used Brevo since it was Sendinblue till now. What our company likes best is that it's easy to use and has automation paths that are very intuitive. I joined the company as an intern and had previously never used the platform, but I was able to figure it out really easily, and used the automation feature without anyone overseeing. We also like that we can carry out serveral campaigns (email, SMS, etc) as well as segment our customers.
