They have many free services and you can also just purchase credits, when necessary, to send more emails, without necessarily having a monthly subscription. So very useful for small businesses like mine, which do not want to have too many fixed costs. The automation part then works very well: you can customize the sending of emails to the maximum. Excellent support: I had an initial problem connecting the site (wanting to do everything myself and not being an expert) and they supported me.
