Box vs. Dropbox

I want to build out of the box chart using javaScript

Some of my colleagues have background photos like Hawaiian beaches or Paris, etc. I like the fact that I can see their faces, but not the inside of thier homes. I don't know the pathway for making this happen. I Googled and Youtubed it, but to no avail.

Can I design custom applications beyond the included out-of-the-box applications? We have some specific needs that could increase efficiency at our company, but they do not fall into the out-of-the-box applications. Can we create this as a new application for users?

Is there any out-of-the-box solution to integrate it with OKTA.

I would like to save messages for a later date so that I can return and call a customer again, but I do not want to keep the message in my primary box.
