How would you say you create a level of diferentiation between your users so that they feel motivated to keep earning points and leveling up?

How can you include the user's email address on/in the training matrix - to be included in the excel download report?

Every contact is saved based on email address as per my understanding. Once a user's email is changed due to attrition or company revisal email address, Glue Up platform doesn't accept it and we have to create a new account altogether as a separate contact entity.
