I find the platform incredibly easy to use and very intuitvie - its easy for the team to use and navigate and me myself as a HR administrator. I find the interface to be clean and simple, it's very flexible with all of the features you can add to, I like the idea of your whole employee profile with promotions etc being in one place. It's an easy platform to manage a team in one place with easy access to their profiles/documents/training. It hasuseful tools to help manage things like annual leave (such as displaying the % used vs the days worked etc). Some elements are not intuative, such as where to find Kudos, or onboarding sessions. Some elements seem like although they are available, they are hidden.

There could be added functionality, such as being able to export the Organisation Chart, or view company training as a whole rather than person by person.

It is focused on the type of client we work with, SME's with under 200 employees and works for a range of industries. Extra add on's mean that more functionality can be incorpoarted for an additional cost where needed. It is cost effective compared to other similar software on the market and means that our clients people data is all in one centralised location, saving them time. Breathe is focused on SME's with under 250 employees so for larger organisations there may be other software which is more suited but Breathe will cater for these clients also.
