The inter - face is very customer friendly, the colours on the site are warm. We can give soldo cards to each employee and each card can be loaded with a certain amount of money depending on the circumstances. The auto reject feature for some expenses wasn't working in one instance, however, that error has been sorted. I really find it super annoying that that my username, password are saved when ever I log in to soldo on the app and on the web site. It's so helpful to be able to have the receipts uploaded with notes, and linked to the transactions. Even better that it links to Xero too. This has saved us so much time collecting in receipts during the covid season. Expense centres are super helpful for our larger teams who do client support. This has reduced our number of expense claims dramatically and saved so much admin time for voth me and the wider staff team. There are a few places, like the Post office where the card can't be used. This can be a little frustrating for the team as they work with our clients! The app can be a little clunky at times but the team are so helpful in taking on our feedback. They made a change recently which was unhelpful for us but as a result of my discussion with them have changed this back and made the Expense centres even better to use!
