Once you learn the management system it is not too terrible, however, a lot of basic features make it difficult to make this system a seamless part of tracking time and managing client documents. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

It cannot be fully integrated into system. ProLaw allows for scanning barcodes and direct document housing whereas there are numerous user steps necessary for document intake and storage. you have to independently scan the document, drag it into AIM, and then categorize it. It would be far more efficient and cost saving if there were scanable bar codes to automatically house the document. Additionally, document folders are not intuitive. Customer Support guaranteed for one month; representative went on "vacation" two weeks in, haven't heard from her since. Found out she was actually loading this system to another client.

During the "Import" phase documents disappeared PL offered no explanation as to where they went or where to find them.
