I can't say it enough, but the multi-tenant feature is really well done. Each tenant is really isolated from the other by a separate database. When showcasing PBXware to potential customers and resellers, this is what we show to them. Having a drop-down list and being able to switch from one customer to another is just fantastic. This is what I call a real Multi-Tenant.
Also the full mobile branding (7.4) is really awesome and makes a huge difference in the way we sell Bicom, I have rarely seen this level of branding capability for a mobile app and ease implementation.
I personnally think that the addition of more and more phones compatibilities makes PBXware easier to integrate with existing infrastructures. The addition of the remote provisioning service made a significant difference for our customers.
The dev team !! They are listening to all of our feedbacks and they actually care about it ! This is awesome, I really like working with them because I feel like its a human partnership. The CDRs might be a bit lacking, if we could know what exactly has happened with a specific call in few seconds, it could be really good, both for the admin and end user.

PBXware is an easy to use platform. From start to finish, the use of our Multi-Tenant and Contact Center is a simple setup process.
The transistion from a Legacy phone system to PBXware is very simple, allowing for a very easy integration into an existing business.
