OrgVue is fantastic for dealing with hierarchical information, from reviewing the as-is to creating and comparing scenarios. This has always been done offline or in PowerPoint in our company, replicating the same information into an excel flatfile. Modeling reorganizations and comparing these against the baseline has never been easier. Then there's also the Activity analysis that helps us easily capture what is truly done on the ground and enables us to target improvement areas or focus on best practices performed by teams.
