Monitoring Alerts is very sophisticated and I really appreciated its modularity. We used to use it for media monitoring/analytics and we also played around with reputation analytics tool, which can give you some bigger picture of where you stand, however it all depends on the quality of data, hence it’s not always reliable for smaller companies for instance.
