I like that the Mitel Micollab allows us to do so many things. We can set up recurring or individual conference calls, we can use the chat (instant messanger) function, or we have regular VOIP phone service. It works great and is easy to use. I did not do the IT portion of the setup, but I am the person who sets up the phones and systems for new users, and the setup is simple - just plug it in!!
