Matter helped us to show employee appreciation, not just through the love shown by others, but also with financial inventives. Usage for our company has been at around 65% weekly, and the feedback from the team has been exceptional. We used to just use a simple Jotform and call them "Zaps" but there was no upside to using it, and it was extremely time consuming to have to read them manually to everyone monthly. All in all it was a good investment, especially since our team is on the road most of the time, they're able to communicate and share appreciation in a public forum, allowing everyone to get to know each other a bit better while also being rewarded. The implementation was ALMOST the easiest thing in the world, honestly if it would work with G chat it would be, but we have a MDM on all of our devices, so I was able to send slack, setup a channel for our company, and implement Matter all within a few days. The recoginition, the kudos that our team gets to use, and they can't be stacked so everyone gets a set amount weekly, makes it super easy.
