Realmente gosto de como é fácil de usar, configurar níveis, adicionar/remover recompensas, mostrar todas as informações de fidelidade necessárias para os clientes. Também análises úteis, painel de controle e gerenciamento de perfil de clientes fiéis. Ele receberia minha nota mais alta se o LoyaltyLion também se concentrasse no design de páginas/contas de fidelidade, oferecesse blocos personalizáveis, modelos gratuitos/pagos que pudessem ser alterados no construtor ou oferecesse o uso de código html dentro dos blocos. There's really no downside to LoyaltyLion. If I had to pick one thing it would be that we are a US-based company and because they are a UK-based company responses to needed inquiries could take an extra few hours due to the timezone difference but that's really not that bad. - You can extract a lot of the data and widgets in Loyalty Lion to use on customised features onsite which gives you more freedom than the out of the box pages they provide. E.g. we have 'this item is worth X points' on PDPs and in cart. But if you did want to go out of the box, it's really quick to set up.
- The team work closely with our developer agency which is great because they're on hand to help and have regular catch ups
- Our redeeming members spend around 3x as much as our non members and those in the higher tiers have on average have a higher LTV than those in the lower tiers.
- The portal is very user friendly and you can make quick changes
- It's fairly easy to integrate into Shopify Plus
- We had great support when implementing Loyalty Lion across our international stores as we needed help with points ratio and rewards due to currency conversions.
- You're able to create custom activities for customers to earn points on alongside the ones they have set up already
- You can set how long to have 'pending' points for so that earned points are deducted from the customer's account if they return something from their order. This means you're only rewarding customers who keep their items.
- The dashboard and analytics section gives a high level snapshot of things like tier spending habits, activities completed, revenue from referrals etc. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
- Customers don't get points back for returned items unless they return everything and recieve a full refund (including delivery etc). This causes quite a lot of customer queries even though we explain it in our T&Cs/FAQs.
-When we offered birthday rewards in our first tier, we noticed a lot of customers creating multiple accounts to receive multiple birthday rewards.
- You can't filter and export customer lists e.g. by tier or points. You have to export the full list of customers and filter yourself in Excel which can be quite time consuming!
- Unredeemed points don't expire (unless the customer doesn't spend enough to stay in their tier). This means that we have points (money) sitting there indefinitely
- It can be tricky with Loyalty Lion out of the box analytics to see the ROI and to understand if it's canobolising sales - we had to do a lot of in depth reporting in Shopify, and a few customer tier tests, to really understand the benefit
- You're unable to set a max. spend limit on referrals
- Some of the activites aren't tracked e.g. follow social channels - the customer can click on the activity and not actually follow you but still receive the points
- You can't schedule double point promos in advance

The set-up was really easy and the onboarding manager helped us a lot setting up our loyalty program the way we want. Great integrations to shopify and klaviyo and we even managed to integrate typeform easily with the given APIs. The customer support is really helpful and fast.
