Pretty much everything. We gave Talent Hub a fair shot as well (had it for almost 2 years before I left the company). There was a lot of growth during this time but not nearly enough to consider the platform a functional product. Things were almost always broken- there were days when I couldn't even get into the platform and their customer service was the least helpful or responsive of any ATS I have used. Feedback forms didn't work half of the time; scheduling was a lengthy-manual nightmare, reporting was a complete joke and our account manager changed every few months. When I eventually left the company, I struggled with how to offboard myself because over the last 2 years I had figured out so many workarounds that I knew it would be impossible to teach a new person all of these little tricks to just getting the stupid product to work.
