Manager and employee self-service is great. Appreciate the ability to build job descriptions utilizing sources curated from the web. Like having workflows for non-admin users to propose changes, get approval, etc. and like that it can create designated URLs for granting non-users temporary/limited visibility during these workflows. Outdated and messy appearance. Overly-complex logic to the backend structure, naming conventions, and overall design/build of the system. Incredibly difficult for customers (even technical system admins) to autonomously maintain/optimize on their own. Available training resources for system admins is abysmal. Technical support is hit or miss (often miss). Overall JDXpert puts customers on an island: seems it was perplexingly designed to keep customers reliant on tech support/account reps, while providing minimal customer support in return.
