I really enjoyed the user interface of Insightly. Was easy to navigate around the website, and getting information about each individual contact was convenient. Specifically, one of the features that proved to be invaluable was the tags feature. Was really cool to organize contacts by how I saw fit and not have to work within specific, sometimes rigid, criteria that may come with other CRM platforms. Maybe it was because I simply didn't know how to do this, but I would have liked to be able to integrate my contacts into other features of Insightly, such as Events, Tasks, Calendar, Opportunity Reports, etc. Instead of just being a place where I could house my contacts, I would like to have been able to check off events they went to or are going to, specific tasks our organization has with that contact (send them report, email their assistant, etc.) - things of that nature.
