Há muito poucas coisas que eu não gosto. Uma delas é que nossa empresa possui tanta informação que isso desacelera o sistema e às vezes ele se reinicia. Outra é que ele não identifica a tecla "enter" quando você quer procurar algo, e quando você acidentalmente a pressiona, a página é reiniciada e você tem que começar sua busca novamente. 1. improved monthly forecasting data on invoice level and showing amount (up to 3 months)

2. more accurate dso rate based on average customer payments (average days of invoice settled)

Gaviti makes it super easy to follow up with colleagues, and customers. It has features that allow you to easily email, or send a reminder. Customers love the ease of being able to review their account, make payments or upload documents. I wish statements were alittle more user-friendly. Customers would like to see an overview of their account including invoices not yet due and any credits on account. The ease with which one can build workflows and adjust notifidaiton cadence. It's dependable to send notifications at the cadence for which it is sent. It's helped us to get client feedback much earlier when an invoice may be incorrect for one reason or another. Also, it's very easy to alter the content of the notifcations. Although a great invoice notification tool, it doesn't work well as complete collection software. It's rather clunky when trying to prioritize accounts for manual work (calling, reviewing, etc.) efforts. We use it only as a notification tool and have elected to prioritize our work efforts outside of Gaviti. The best upsides to Gaviti, is the broad reach. You can save tons of time due to the fact that Gaviti can reach out on your behalf on overdue Accounts Receivables. You can make notes on the accounts/invoices in your system, set reminders, and pause workflows. You can set it up how it works best for you to send emails on your time frames.
