Some minor fixes would improve the functionality of Fusion such as showing both or multiple patient names in a group appointment block. When deleteing extra billing codes in a note, reviving the previously deleted codes would be a helpful feature for quick-moving mistakes! The implementation team was beyond rude and unhelpful, my account was cancelled without an explanation. The software has very slow servers it took me almost 10 min to sign on, doesn’t integrate well on iPhone or iPad, has no online booking widget or interface for clients to fill out intake forms, no intake templates, the eval set up is very basic and doesn’t have any sensory assessment templates, not conducive to eval write ups.
