Capacity management is the name of the game but unfortunately, we found that tasks do not automatically update when there is a change in an individual's capacity. i.e. if someone changes from 4 days a week to 5 days a week, Forecast doesn't view this as adding any additional capacity. To make it work you have to manually adjust every task assigned to that person.

There's also a strange bug whereby if you change the number of DAYS a person works (note, not the total number of hours a person works), this also messes up the capacity calculation.

There's other strange failings - it doesn't sync well with Harvest, even though they're linked apps. You can't view capacity by month, only by week.
