They are proactive and were the first to alert us to a service disruption due to a change on our website that impacted the data feed which prevented us from being out of compliance and are extremely responsive when you have a question. I think DE has great content from the federal contracting corner resources to the community blog to the events. Everything has been very informative and hasn't disappointed us! We have been incredibly impressed with it all. In addition, we have had the best transition experience ever. Everyone on the team was amazing and made it as seamless as possible. We have our crossposting set up and are notified if something seems off. We have access to all of our outreach and reporting efforts and the platform is incredibly user-friendly!
