The system is extremely slow and the user interface appears that it was built in the dinosaur age and should be forced into extinction. The file repository is very user unfriendly because it requires a separate server and you cannot save files or reports to your local computer directly from the system. You cannot attach signed BOLs to the customer invoice emails without paying thousands of dollars to have the developers add the functionality. The system is very expensive and most requests require special expensive add-ons. The support team does not always respond to important and urgent emails. The accounting functions are far worse than quickbooks. For example, the Equity account type is literally nonexistent in Datacor ERP.
