The best feature I have recently found is the ability to edit your main icons on the top toolbar. For instance, working in a boarding facility versus an animal hospital, I don't utilize the prescriptions options and it's much more streamlined to only see the tools I need. The usability of this software can significantly improve. In general, it is not the most user friendly and you find yourself closing out of arbitrary windows just to get one task completed (check-in, check-out, run invoice, print labels, etc..). It's nearly impossible to create a patient history report without your internal communications on there, unless you manually delete them. Great in having multiple windows open. You can view a patients file without having to close a window. It’s user friendly. If you have any questions there’s always sus to find the answer. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

I dislike that there’s certain features you can’t do unless you pay more or buy that package. Sometimes it’s a feature we wouldn’t use often and we can still go without it but it just makes it harder. For example when a patient is boarding for a couple days, we have to set the appointment each individual day, I wish there was a way to schedule for multiple days at once.
