Though the software is user-friendly, multiple glitches are often faced while utilizing the service. Such as placement of signatures, uploading stamp papers etc., but the Contractzy team immediately helps as soon as they are informed about any such glitch. 5 stars to The Legal Capsule. It is one of the best CLM platforms I have come across. I had tried a few CLM platforms for my business and had to face a lot of issues. The Legal Capsule made my job stress free with its excellent features. I wish I had switched to The Legal capsule much earlier.
1. There are hundreds of templates and the best part is there is no expiration of documents.
2. Its e-Signature option comes with extra security that I haven't seen on any other CLM Platform.
3. The approval levels are clearly defined, making verifying and approval a lot easier.
4. It is completely customized to our business needs.
