Raiser's offers reports, online express for easy donation pages, email pages. They have WordPress templates to use for your website that are easy to customize. They are very pricey and any new addition always requires extra cost. Sometimes the data in the dashboard doesn't match with data in NXT. For example, consecutive donors years are sometimes different in NXT and sometimes data in queries varies from data in reports and the dashboard. Customer service sometimes takes a while to get back to you especially about issues with your WordPress site. Their Team Builder crowdfunding tool is very difficult to execute. Customer support is the WORST. They must hire random people off the street. In three years, I think I talked to one person who knew anything about accounting. And don't get me started on pricing - a 25% increase after the initial contract, which was supposed to convert to an annual fee, but they are claiming it's a 3-year. The thing I like best about using BBCRM is that we are able to provide our users with access to a Business Glossary and Documentation Library. Inconsistency with customer service. There can be a miscommunication in troubleshooting tickets that can cause delays and additional recurring credit card charges for our donors (as an example.)
