I've used this platform for about 3 months now and it's seriously very very difficult to use. I regret the day my company moved towards using this platform. It is highly rated but very difficult to use if you have a lot of customers and campaigns. There is no bulk edit options and you can't edit all the details once the campaign is launched. You cannot open other tabs and work fast enough, the whole user interface looks like a windows 98 software and equals the slow performance. And lastly they have the worst customer support. Honestamente, não consigo pensar em uma reclamação. Se tivesse que fazer uma, seria apenas que não posso inserir um valor inferior a 1 para a taxa de cliques em uma configuração de grupo. The platform is very user friendly. Being new to the programmatic space, both the platform as well as the customer support I've received from Michael Sammut, Chris Timmins and Matt Basil has been amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the tools needed to be successful. The insights reporting tool has been beneficial because we have to provide reports to our members as well as board members. With this tool, Im able to provide a high level view of the campaigns. There hasn't really been anything I dislike. If I come across issues/questions about the platform, the team mentioned above has walked me through the problem and has provided a detailed explanation on how to avoid or prevent the issue from occurring again.
