They are constantly iterating on their tools, mainly on AI summarization, in order to provide more actionable and automated results that have great quality and utility. The platform is extremely user friendly and I was able to jump in and create a project right away. The support of the team was pivotal in refining and executing a more efficient version. They do not have the ability to record mobile screens due to being web-based and not having an app that would allow for this feature. This is unfortunate as many users we'd like to get feedback from use mobile to access our website. Recently the company I work for were looking to set up a prototype testing tool to help us gather user feedback during the design process. We compared it to a number of other tools and what stood out to us was how helpful and quick the team were at responding to our questions.
