I feel there's room for improvement, I don't like that I can't self serve to delete my tests (need to write to support). And once you create a study, there's no flexibility to edit the type of test or device, same for interviews, once you set the parameters, you can't change after creation of the study. In case your users are wuite talkative on your interview, your session may be cut off. If you need to increase the amount of minutes, you need to create a whole new study. For surveys, they're still implementing more logic and conditions features like UserZoom has. I wish putting images on multiple answer questions was possible too. While UserTesting is an excellent tool for recruitment speed, the pricing is quite high. It's one of the more expensive options out there and the subscription caps the number of seats.
