Avetta has been most helpful in ensuring that we minimize our risk on jobsites. It's a place for our potential clients to see to it that we have safety policies in place along with insurance, etc. before bidding a potential bond. The virtyal assistant is useless and very frustrating. It has mis-interpreted me may times and simply hung up the phone. On average it takes three calls before I can get to someone that can help.
