Avetta has been most helpful in ensuring that we minimize our risk on jobsites. It's a place for our potential clients to see to it that we have safety policies in place along with insurance, etc. before bidding a potential bond. Granting them with the security of not having to deal with those sorts of safety risk. There could be more to gain from Avetta with it being a recognized platform for safety compliance, if there are I most definitely am not aware with some of the other services they provide. We started our Avetta account to show future clients, like Amazon that we have the capabilities of taking on the larger projects with reduced risk. The virtyal assistant is useless and very frustrating. It has mis-interpreted me may times and simply hung up the phone. On average it takes three calls before I can get to someone that can help.
