The ticketing system is a bit clunky to navigate but many are. This is something that we can live with. It also was a bit pricey but we have successfully worked with AWN to get a good balance of services for what we feel is a good price now. They allow IT teams to address risks at a high, or very granular level enabling a team approach withing an organization, all while providing a committed concierge team who seem to always be available and ready to help! Arctic Wolf MDR help us to review all the logs from all of our security tools and identity relevant events that need our attention. It is also replacing our on premise SIEM.
