I have sage ERP will it integrate with my account

I need help setting up my AMA and a few other things with Act!, but I can't seem to find an administrative assistant who is familiar with Act! I have tried Indeed and Upwork, and NO ONE is familiar with Act!. They all know SalesForce, Zoho and GoHiLevel, etc... but not Act!. Can you help?

Each time I click the email icon in ACT to start an email message in Outlook, I get a box that pops ups that says: 'A program is trying to access email address information stored in Outlook. I have been looking at the free trial of Act! Premium (web) to assess if it meets my needs. I cannot see anyway to assign contacts to Users, is this an available function? Is there any territory management function available?
