Access Newswire is a great agency PR solution that provides all of the global distribution options and technology solutions as other platforms but at a much more affordable cost. Customer Service is great and they are very attentive to our needs. We use Access Newswire for multiple clients and get great results. Billing department needs to be more informed - CONSTANT auto emails saying overdue account, when payments have been made or invoices retracted by service team. We've had to contact Bev Santos on a number of ocassions about this the past year.
