The many array of options and tasks that can be completed with this program, can do it all as far as project management goes.
App doesn't have the same functionality as the website. It would be very helpful if one could edit document names and email from within the app.
Compared to our last CRM, JobNimbus is much easier to navigate. Accessing projects and seeing where they are in production as well as moving them through production is much more fluid than our previous software.
The downside is it doesn't integrate with the CRM we use for Estimates (Sumoquote) as well as we would like it to. It doesn't track our sales numbers from our estimates because the integration only drops quotes as a PDF into JobNimbus.
