Zyda is a b2b SaaS solution aimed at helping restaurants reduce their reliance on food aggregators and take control of their own online ordering solution. With one subscription a restaurant will be able to: - Set up an online store for online orders - Integrate with delivery providers - Manage their customer orders - Utilize a built-in CRM to market straight to their customers - Zyda has built-in marketing tools to keep restaurant customers engaged (SMS, Vouchers, Orderfast Links, Direct Integrations with Ad tools and Pixels) - Accept orders from instagram order food button (Zyda is only one of 2 startups in the MENA region with access to this feature) - Zyda is POS agnostic, we integrate with most of the major providers in the region either directly or through deliverect - Analytics to understand performance with built-in recommendations and warnings based on performance You can think of Zyda as an operating system for a restaurant's online presence. Zyda does not charge a commission on orders, allowing restaurants to keep their profits from every order. We also make sure restaurants can utilize their customer data how they see fit with no limitations from our end - unlike aggregators that only provide restaurants with an order number and an address.
