If you don't use the agent, There is no way to monitor if users removed zscaler from their proxy settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zscaler Internet Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Internet traffic can go out the local pop and doesn't have to travel over WAN links. Web filtering, Security is easily monitored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing i can currently point out , we had one issue that the client could have been removed by the user with no password, it was fixed by the vendor after we brought it up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
