One thing I really dig about ZoomInfo is its AI mojo. I mean, who wouldn't want a super-smart algorithm doing all the heavy lifting to find the perfect accounts for you? It's like having a personal assistant who knows exactly who you should be reaching out to.
And the fact that it seamlessly brings together sales and marketing? Genius. No more juggling between different platforms or departments – everything's right there, making life easier for everyone involved.
Oh, and let's not forget those targeted ads. They're like having a secret weapon in your marketing arsenal. With ZoomInfo, you can laser-focus your ads on folks who are practically begging for what you're offering. That's the kind of efficiency that gets me excited! While ZoomInfo seems like a powerhouse for B2B marketing, there are a couple of things that bug me about it. First off, it can be a bit pricey. I get it, good tools often come with a hefty price tag, but it might not be within everyone's budget. Another thing is that sometimes the AI isn't perfect. Sure, it's pretty smart, but it's not infallible. So, there's always a chance it might miss the mark with its recommendations or targeting. Lastly, the learning curve can be a bit steep for some folks. I mean, it's got a ton of features and functionalities, which is awesome, but it can take a bit of time to get the hang of everything. My favorite part is all of the intent signals that you can build campaigns around and all the creative ways you can build audiences. Zoominfo has accurate data that integrates with HubSpot well. My customer success team is excellent. They help me with strategy and best practices. It's a tool I use everyday. It's foundational to demand generation, closing deals, and upselling in B2B. I thought the implementation process was easier than most SaaS tech, but still takes some hand-holding from the Zinfo team. They have alot of resources to get started. The dashboards and reporting can be better. If you have Salesforce, it's excellent. HubSpot connection to the reporting is on the roadmap though. I wish I could filter by ideal customer profile tier on the websights tool as well. It's an extra step to get that and takes alot of time on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven’t found anything I dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing so far. The platform has been intuitive and effective, providing the insights we need to enhance our marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the platform almsot every day and the ZoomInfo Marketing can be utilized as your all in one marketing HUB. The advanced audience features allows you to target your audience specifically where they are at in the buyers journey and ensures your messaging alligns with that. The platform is very user friendly and easy to integrate into your systems. Getting the system up and running is very easy and they have great support to help along the way. Also, they have additional certificates within a fantastic learning center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside that I have is that the upgrades (such as intent) is not shared across different sides of the platform. If you have intent in marketing it does not translate to sales side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In regards to the advantages, the one that I have found the biggest in the ZoomInfo Marketing is having a better understanding of who exactly we’re targeting. Including extensive profiles of companies, we could learn how industry is progressing and what those companies find painful so we are able to tailor campaigns more. But, the contact data is also incredibly quality, meaning we’re able to get in touch directly with the right prospects without having to verify or follow up on the data all the time. The issue we’ve run into a lot with ZoomInfo Marketing, however, is that sometimes platforms just don’t appear with enough granularity for a campaign within one industry or another. On one hand some information is incomplete or out dated so we end up having to verify a lot of the data before we can use it for outreach. It slows down the entire process, complicating our workflow at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the takeaway that the ZoomInfo Marketing can yield for marketing campaigns - specifically being able to target so precisely. We have the ability to filter by industry, job title or company size so that we can reach the right audience. Our lead lists are always updated with integration into our CRM, without manual work. With the intent data feature especially: we can identify prospects who are actively searching for solutions and engage when they are ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One disadvantage of ZoomInfo Marketing is that once of the data isn’t always as accurate because of the contact details that can turns out outdated. Furthermore, it’s kind of overwhelming for new teams that have never used this kind of thing, especially the interface. The drawback of the high pricing, however, also makes it very difficult for smaller teams to really fully exploit the platform. Sometimes our campaigns have been delayed by these kinds of things and it would reduce the overall impact that we might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how much more accurate data Zoominfo has than other options in the market. I like how they get their data. There are a lot of search filtering options, so the interface can be a bit heavy at first, but with all those options comes the ability to micro engineer a SRP, getting you to the exact group of people that you're looking for, based on quality information. Price is the only negative with Zoominfo. They wheel and deal to the death every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I love the most about ZoomInfo Marketing is that its comprehensive contact and company data helps me focus on targeting the right prospect. It also integrates fairly well into our CRM that makes lead management and follow up processes quite hassle free. Also, we have the automatic enrichment feature for keeping our database up to date so we are always working with the most accurate information and that helps us improve our marketing. ZoomInfo Marketing’s one downside, however, is that some of the data isn’t always accurate, particularly with smaller companies. Although an extensive database, there is the possibility that the information is outdated and can be without complement. If that happens, it results in wasted efforts while reaching out to leads who were previously in a different role or who have left the company. The pricing is also higher end, which may not be feasible for smaller businesses that don’t have the marketing budget for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The two shining features of ZoomInfo Marketing are the insights into market and buyer intent and the trend forecast. It keeps our team connected with the industry, showing what’s going on, and helps us search and discover new opportunities. This has really changed how we’re making data driven decisions and adjusting our strategies in reaction to what competitors are doing. This helps keep the data we act off of as timely and as accurate as possible, and is updated frequently on the platform’s database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The breadth of what’s available on ZoomInfo Marketing is great, but it can be overwhelming for smaller teams that aren’t set up to handle it. With the enormous amount of information readily available, it can be impossible to focus solely on the most important bits of information. This can basically result to waste of the platform and slow results. Also, there is a time consuming initial setup and customization period involved which leaves little to no room for error to the minutest detail you imagine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The precision of targeting specific accounts and leads; the automated workflows that can tie with those audiences and send to our sales teams. The conversion tracking, form fill enrichment, and campaign dashboard are nice added bonuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up the ads and front-loading spend before each quarter can adds to workload and could be a better process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of data I can collect for improving sales and marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a little longer than you might think when you are used to traditional lead-focused marketing results. It takes a lot of learning and opening your eyes to realize how to properly implement ABM marketing. ZoomInfo provides all the tools you need, with great teaching, easy to use platform, incredible customer support from their personal teams and easy integration with CRMs. I use it daily.
