The AI-generated call notes and summaries save me a ton of time after discovery calls. I don't have to manually jot everything down — Chorus captures key moments, action items, and topics automatically, which lets me focus on actually running the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes.

The transcription accuracy can be hit or miss, especially when there are multiple speakers or crosstalk on a call. It also sometimes struggles to distinguish between speakers correctly. The search and filtering within the platform could be more intuitive — finding a specific moment in a long call takes more effort than it should.

It eliminates the need to rely on memory or messy handwritten notes after sales calls. What I like best about ZoomInfo Marketing is its comprehensive features and accessibility to meet our marketing needs. The platform has a robust database of contacts and organizational info, and can easily integrate with our preferred advertising accounts, which significantly enhances our lead-generation efforts. ZoomInfo Marketing's Audience Builder tool allowed us to target the right prospects in the HCP space with precision, leading to more effective marketing campaigns. This has made me want to dive-into the platform frequently, experiment with new strategies, and use the platform on an almost daily basis. Like any new technology product, there is an initial learning curve, but the platform is easy to use once you go through the initial onboarding and implementation. Thankfully, ZoomInfo customer support is extremely friendly and easy to work with - they almost always are quick to reply and resolve any questions I might have.

**What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

The only real thing I dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing is the navigation on the Audiences page. Unfortunately, when you have built a lot of audiences (which you will do if you really love using the platform!), it can seem jarring at times to scroll through to find the right one. This can be mediated by building folders, but I think overall, the presentation can be cleaned up a bit to be easier to navigate and more appealing to the eye.

The business problem we have is targeting the right medical professionals and administrative personnel at hospital systems and academic institutions. When utilizing native audience builders in platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, there is a lot of guesswork involved and a chance that you could be 70-80% accurate based on what parameters you set. I feel with ZoomInfo marketing we know exactly who we're targeting according to the rules we put into place on our audience builder.

I like most how ZoomInfo Operations simplifies CRM data management and reduces manual work. The features that really stand out to me are data enrichment, automatic updates, and deduplication. These tools help keep contact and company information updated, remove duplicate records, and save a lot of manual work. I also appreciate how it saves time and improves efficiency, allowing the sales team to focus more on engaging with prospects rather than fixing or updating data in the CRM. Overall, it makes managing large amounts of data much easier and more structured.

While ZoomInfo Operations is very helpful for managing CRM data, sometimes the contact or company data is not fully accurate or updated, which means we still need to manually verify certain records. Another area for improvement would be faster data syncing and easier customization of workflow, as this could make it even more efficient when managing a large volume of data. Improving data accuracy and providing more flexibility in customization would make it even better for teams like ours at Acre Rise.

I use Chorus by ZoomInfo for call recording and getting meeting notes, which is very useful in our work. Having Chorus take notes and share them with me, along with Action items and Meeting summary, is really convenient. I love that I can add Chorus to live calls, even when joining Microsoft Teams meetings. Additionally, the integration with Slack where we receive ZoomInfo call summaries in chats is helpful. The initial setup was very easy, and I quickly became familiar with its operations.

Sometimes I find it difficult to locate the recordings done after adding to live calls. This could be improved. Having separate sections for recording and UI improvements could be better.

I use Chorus by ZoomInfo for call recording and pipeline insights. I like the call recording feature's and the platform approach.

**What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

Integration took months, the CSM support is non-existent, and the implementation instructions are lacking and unclear. Bugs have persisted for issues and still not fixed after months of triage. I do not recommend anyone with HubSpot purchasing the tool. On top of all this, they have an extremely aggressive billings team who don't communicate with their absent CSMs. It's a temu version of gong.(cheap but not worth the cost saving)

You can narrow by so many factors, and while it's not perfect, it can also give you an idea of what kind of companies to target by viewing by location or sectors, both primary or secondary. The lists provided have so much information, and it's a great resource since many come with links to LinkedIn profiles as well as company LinkedIn pages. The initial setup was very easy.

It's not always the most up-to-date information, and emails can be inaccurate at times. Also, I'm seeing more and more people opt out, so you're not able to access their information.

Most notably, the cost is extremely high—quotes indicate it can reach into the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually when factoring in licenses, implementation, and the necessary ecosystem requirements.

Chorus by ZoomInfo has solved the challenge of really understanding what’s happening on our sales calls. Before, a lot of valuable insights got lost or depended on memory and note-taking. I really like the infrastructure that ZoomInfo Marketing has added. It's almost become a hub of many different things, from contact data to marketing intent data. They add so much information about who our customer is, which allows us to reach out to them sooner and bring more customers to our business. It saves us from having to have licenses with multiple different vendors because ZoomInfo Marketing is almost an all-in-one platform. We can do marketing messaging, sales messaging, contact information, intent data, and see website traffic all in one suite for the whole go-to-market function team. The setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

I don't like the login process. It logs me out most days when I'm using the tab on an external website. I wish it would keep me logged in for longer.

The engagement search feature isn't great. The keyword methodology is awful and makes it hard to find past recordings of key customers easily. It should be primarily based on the meeting title (client name).

I feel that Chorus has been getting a lot smoother in terms of call transcription accuracy making it much easier to pick out the important bits from conversations without having to re-listen.
 I also like the newer interface. It looks cleaner and less cluttered. Another thing I’ve been liking is how the insights are more actionable now and it’s easier to actually apply what the tool highlights instead of just looking at paragraphs of data

One thing that could be better is the speed at which the recordings and transcripts show up after calls. A lot of times there’s a lag. Also, the search function could be a little smarter in finding specific snippets across calls sometimes takes longer than it should.

Best for companies in United States or anywhere else in getting qualified b2b companies Contacts data like email, phone numbers, etc.

Can simply integrate with LinkedIn to get contact details. Chrome extension is easy to use just like any other extension. It has a AI customer support agent that gives response within 5 seconds. It can be used frequently depending on the need.

It's not that much useful for Europe region as not able to get much data like direct or mobile numbers.

It can be implemented with the help of zoominfo team assistance when buying it.

It’s easy to use, the transcripts are accurate, and it’s very convenient.

Sometimes it’s difficult to include or not include Chorus in calls. Integrations also sometimes fail, and it can map things incorrectly.

**What problems is GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to refer back to calls for future reference or prep work. It can also be used for use-case identification later by product teams, as well as for coaching and onboarding new reps. It significantly reduces hand-holding, since others can refer to my calls simply by sharing a link. MoMs are generated accurately, so I can keep 100% focus on the calls.

obviously great for sourcing contacts as a starting point.  appreciate the massive B2B databas.  overall fairly , accurate contact details, and recntly the new intent data is useful for prioritizing active buyers. 
It has a lot of hidden features now beyond just the lists...its becoming more and more of a full platform .

**What do you dislike about GTM Studio - Powered by ZoomInfo?**

high pricing... increasingly feel gouged.  bit of  steep learning curve for anything beyond just contacts.  not as intuitive or integrated.  aggressive contracts and terrible sales culture.... feels like a young tech-bro sales vibe.  not very enterprise grade on how they address clients.  Data accuracy is probably the best... but it can be inconsistent, especially for niche and international markets.

obviously more helping markeitn to serve up better leads and contacts into sale funnel.  it's a god send quarter end 'gift' to address pipeline gaps.

AI automation marketing is not that accurate till now and is on the expensive side also.

Earlier we had issue where we were getting bogus leads through our marketing campaign but with ZoomInfo marketing campaign the quality of the lead is improved and we can easily track any lead under the respective account.
