What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

With the information they give you, you can target who you want your ads to go to, so you don't spend all the money on bots or phone banks to raise up Google's clicks. Additionally, you can switch campaigns on a dime based on the results you're getting. It's much easier to get all of your data for Google Ads, display ads, LinkedIn and ZI's display network in one place to easily compare and analyze. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing?

It is somewhat complex until you get the hang of it. If you're not using a credit card to prepay for ads, it's complicated to set up billing correctly. Also, how they configure the SKUs for what you need is so confusing (even for the salespeople) that you often start to use the software, only to realize you didn't buy what you needed. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

My favorite part is all of the intent signals that you can build campaigns around and all the creative ways you can build audiences. Zoominfo has accurate data that integrates with HubSpot well. My customer success team is excellent. They help me with strategy and best practices. It's a tool I use everyday. It's foundational to demand generation, closing deals, and upselling in B2B. I thought the implementation process was easier than most SaaS tech, but still takes some hand-holding from the Zinfo team. They have alot of resources to get started. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing?

The dashboards and reporting can be better. If you have Salesforce, it's excellent. HubSpot connection to the reporting is on the roadmap though. I wish I could filter by ideal customer profile tier on the websights tool as well. It's an extra step to get that and takes alot of time on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't waste my ad impressions. I can control what accounts and job titles my ad dollars are going to and tailor my messaging accordingly, unlike traditional display ad networks. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

I use the platform almsot every day and the ZoomInfo Marketing can be utilized as your all in one marketing HUB. The advanced audience features allows you to target your audience specifically where they are at in the buyers journey and ensures your messaging alligns with that. The platform is very user friendly and easy to integrate into your systems. Getting the system up and running is very easy and they have great support to help along the way. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing?

The main downside that I have is that the upgrades (such as intent) is not shared across different sides of the platform. If you have intent in marketing it does not translate to sales side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a newer business we did not have large brand awareness to back us up. With the help of ZoomInfo's marketing we were able to target our audience with their 3rd party intent data and achieve increased site visits, lead generation, and was able to boost our branding across the board. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

In regards to the advantages, the one that I have found the biggest in the ZoomInfo Marketing is having a better understanding of who exactly we’re targeting. Including extensive profiles of companies, we could learn how industry is progressing and what those companies find painful so we are able to tailor campaigns more. But, the contact data is also incredibly quality, meaning we’re able to get in touch directly with the right prospects without having to verify or follow up on the data all the time. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Marketing?

The issue we’ve run into a lot with ZoomInfo Marketing, however, is that sometimes platforms just don’t appear with enough granularity for a campaign within one industry or another. On one hand some information is incomplete or out dated so we end up having to verify a lot of the data before we can use it for outreach. Part of the challenge of data inconsistency and poor lead quality is solved by ZoomInfo Marketing. This gives us the full, high quality contact account that we can utilize for targeting the people that we need to target with effectiveness. In addition, the lead scoring system allows us to prioritize our leads based on prospective conversion rate, making it possible to focus on our best prospects rather than without focus on cold leads. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

I like the takeaway that the ZoomInfo Marketing can yield for marketing campaigns - specifically being able to target so precisely. We have the ability to filter by industry, job title or company size so that we can reach the right audience. Our lead lists are always updated with integration into our CRM, without manual work. One disadvantage of ZoomInfo Marketing is that once of the data isn’t always as accurate because of the contact details that can turns out outdated. Furthermore, it’s kind of overwhelming for new teams that have never used this kind of thing, especially the interface. The drawback of the high pricing, however, also makes it very difficult for smaller teams to really fully exploit the platform. Fragmented lead information is resolved by ZoomInfo Marketing by providing comprehensive, consolidated data. It gives us full profiles of decision makers on which we can target. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Marketing?

I like how much more accurate data Zoominfo has than other options in the market. I like how they get their data. There are a lot of search filtering options, so the interface can be a bit heavy at first, but with all those options comes the ability to micro engineer a SRP, getting you to the exact group of people that you're looking for, based on quality information. What I love the most about ZoomInfo Marketing is that its comprehensive contact and company data helps me focus on targeting the right prospect. It also integrates fairly well into our CRM that makes lead management and follow up processes quite hassle free. Also, we have the automatic enrichment feature for keeping our database up to date so we are always working with the most accurate information and that helps us improve our marketing. ZoomInfo Marketing’s one downside, however, is that some of the data isn’t always accurate, particularly with smaller companies. Although an extensive database, there is the possibility that the information is outdated and can be without complement. If that happens, it results in wasted efforts while reaching out to leads who were previously in a different role or who have left the company. The two shining features of ZoomInfo Marketing are the insights into market and buyer intent and the trend forecast. The breadth of what’s available on ZoomInfo Marketing is great, but it can be overwhelming for smaller teams that aren’t set up to handle it. With the enormous amount of information readily available, it can be impossible to focus solely on the most important bits of information. This can basically result to waste of the platform and slow results. ZoomInfo Marketing has been huge in helping us solving the lead sourcing issues. We have data that we are able to leverage to make sure we are focusing the right message of the right topic with the right audience, and we can also stay on top of the shifts in the industry. It sets us up to be more strategic in our marketing, i.e. build more effective campaigns and higher conversion rates. It takes a lot of learning and opening your eyes to realize how to properly implement ABM marketing.
