What it Does: ZoomInfo InboxAI (formerly Komiko) is a software solution that captures contacts, activities, attachments, and relationship intelligence from inboxes and calendars, adds them to a customer’s CRM, and derives specific insights on the engagement to prescribe action. How it Works: ZoomInfo InboxAI connects to and scans a users’ email and calendar systems forcontacts, activities, and documents on a historical and ongoing basis. ZoomInfoInboxAI appends all activities, conversations, meetings, and attachments, withinSalesforce and builds a visual Interaction Graph highlighting the relationship betweeninternal team members and contacts in the CRM for accounts & opportunities.With engagement data and insight living in the CRM, ZoomInfo InboxAI uses AI tothen drive actions based on Engagement and Health Scores.

1. Supports multiple signals including team’s engagement via email, usage data, order frequency and customer service. Advantage: Goes beyond SaaS companies. Currently supports industries like managed services, manufacturing and distribution, companies that do not have daily usage data.
