The most helpful thing about ZoneCapture is being able to give the email capture address out to Vendors. This means that you no longer have to receive Invoices into your inbox and then manually input them to create a Bill. ZC does all of this automatically for you and captures all of the data.

You can also setup rules which means that even though the incoming transaction might not have the relevant information, the rules we have setup on the Vendor record will populate the line item values on the Bill.

I really like how ZoneCapture speeds up our invoice entry by pulling data straight from PDFs and scanned documents. It handles different formats surprisingly well which saves our team a lot of time typing line items by hand. I love how zonecapture makes approving invoices so much easy. its really easy to use and it lets me track and approve invoices fast without any hassle. i also really like the collaboration features its super siple to communicate with my team and control who has access to what zonecapture has definitely helped us stay organized, work more efficiently, and get things done faster. Some of the newer, AI-powered features are impressive and show real innovation. However, we’ve noticed that users still prefer to keep a certain level of control, especially when it comes to decision-making or data validation. When things work fine, it's like magic. It saves a lot of time and the automatching is correct most of the time. This is especially useful for invoices with different currencies.

We're also extreamly pleased with the customer support. If it was support alone I'd give 10/10.

When the AI update came a lot of matching failed. This caused trouble. Implementing changes at all seems to frequently cause small bumps in the road for ZoneCapture.
