What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?

One feature I really like about Zoho TeamInbox is its ability to keep communication streamlined. This tool allows my teams to work collaboratively on emails without unnecessary back and forth. I also have the ability to assign different emails to specific team members and ensure that assigned responsibilities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?

It has several Team collaboration features like assigning emails / conversations to your team members. It also has a nice calendar feature for tasks and reminders which you can share with your team as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I found most helpful and that I liked best about Zoho team inbox was how easy it made customer service for the whole team. We were all able to share the one in box for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There wasn't much that I dislikeed or Found least helpful about Zoho team inbox, other than the usual support problems found with all zoho software. Unless you upgrade to the premium support plan, it is kind of lacking in support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho TeamInbox?

Zoho TeamInbox allows teams managing a common mail Adresse to work together on answering emails. It can be helpful if for some reason you're not willing to use a ticketing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho TeamInbox?

Frankly speaking I feel like Zoho tried to create something here nobody really needed. Instead of making shared mailboxes directly in Zoho Mail, they created this additional application that doesn't even integrate into Zoho Mail. It's not really a mail application nor a ticketing solution and it also has no native iOS app nor a mobile optimised site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
