One feature I really like about Zoho TeamInbox is its ability to keep communication streamlined. This tool allows my teams to work collaboratively on emails without unnecessary back and forth. I also have the ability to assign different emails to specific team members and ensure that assigned responsibilities are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.

Frankly speaking I feel like Zoho tried to create something here nobody really needed. Instead of making shared mailboxes directly in Zoho Mail, they created this additional application that doesn't even integrate into Zoho Mail.
